Operating under Sunset Bowls & Brew LLC, Sunset is a locally owned food business specializing in delivered lunch meals for communities in Nassau County.

Founded by Denis Cilingir in September of 2025, Sunset was built on real, hands-on  experience in the food and hospitality industry. Since taking over our first long-running meal program, we have raised standards, improved quality, and created consistency.

Our focus is simple: Do one thing really, really well.

Sunset is proudly family-run, operated by Denis and his mother, Theresa.

What began as a long-time ambition for Denis has grown into a commitment to serve the community with fresh, dependable meals. We believe that when simple food is done right, it makes a real impact on people’s daily lives.

With successful growth, our goal is to reinvest into the business by opening a bakery café storefront.

Denis, along with close family and friends, will offer high-quality coffee, pastries baked in-house, and modern sandwiches. This next chapter will bring our vision to life, improve the community, and create an experience that cannot be found in our area.
